Pricing

Home prices at Oak View Community are quoted inclusive of all necessary items. All prices include the home, complete construction of the home, footers, foundation, a single-car garage (most homes), utility connections, paved driveway, front sidewalk and all other listed items. Aside from any additional optional equipment for the home that a particular home buyer desires to add, there are no additional costs involved.

Home prices vary based on the square footage of the particular floor plan and the amenities included with the particular model. The price range can vary considerably based on size and optional items ordered. Oak View offers homes in various price points to accommodate buyers in a large range of home budgets.

Model Homes are available for immediate occupancy, and are priced as shown, complete and inclusive of options shown with the exception of loose furniture & décor items. The various model homes represent a variety of floor plans that are available and these homes are displayed with a number of optional amenities. The base price and a listing of amenities are available on each model home. You may select your floor plan from the models available and decide on the additional options you would like to have.

We are often asked if home prices are negotiable. The simple answer is “no”.
